Let's talk Instagram. After seeing my fellow blogger publishing insta-diaries on their blogs, I also felt the urge to share my insta-snaps with you guys. The first diary I am sharing with you guys are these pictures from this years Queen's/Kings Day . This year, like last year, I went to Arnhem to celebrate this wonderful national holiday and of course I managed to snap some shots while partying all night long. Hope you guys like it!

New In // Filling Pieces Low Top Pony

Let's talks shoes again. As a high top fanatic, it's hard to understand that I own a low top pair of sneakers at the moment. The idea of me wearing low top sneakers, used to sound as crazy as Anna Dello Russo going casual to a Fashion Week but with everything in live, you can never expect what's next and before I even fully processed it, the impossible had become possible.... I owned a Low Top Pony haired pair of sneakers.

Inspiration // Sunglasses for SS '13

As I am finally settling down again in Amsterdam and summer is getting closer, I just can't wait to get outside and explore the city parks of Amsterdam! On the way back home after work I am always imagining myself walking around with friends in the Vondelpark, while the Sun is shining bright and high in the sky, accompanied by the summer songs from Paulo Nutini.

The only thing missing to make these 'Daydreams' come true is a trendy pair of glasses that will sit perfectly on my round (and by then) smiling face.

That´s why I decided to spot the latest trends for sunglasses for spring-summer 2013. So if you are on the hunt for some sunglasses inspiration, regardless of your sexe, this is the post for you.

Brands // DRYKORN

As someone who is hungry for new exiting brands to write about, the discovery of DRYKORN felt like having eggs with bacon for brunch after a serious hang-over. The Germany based clothing brand was founded in 1996 and can be described as a mix between Phillipa K and 55DSL. The brand describes itself as one that attracts self-confident and independent individualists.

Personal // Let's talk Parfume

For someone who likes to experiment and explore in life, I must say when it comes to Perfume I am not that gutsy. Fact is I have quite a delicate nose when it comes to perfume. One that doesn't like to smell too strong fragrances, no offence Becks, I think your fragrances really look good, but I think they really resemble the smell of a typical men's locker at your local high school.

Perfume is something very personal. Everyone has his own preferences and I know perfume for men are quite strong in general, but I think you really don't need to smell heavy to smell nice.

Although I do enjoy the smell of herbs, flowers and wood I prefer my perfumes to contain light fresh ingredients to make me smell fresh and energetic. That probably explains my current 2 perfume favorites, Givanchy Play Intense and Diesel Only the Brace.

The "Play Intense" for instance contains mandarin, pink pepper, coffee flower, Caribbean Amyris wood, Tonka bean and patchouli. While the "Only the Brave" fragrance contains lemon, leather, cedar and amber.

Thinking of my preferences for certain kinds of odors makes me curious to know what kind of impression I give people. As they say, the perfume you choose tells others a lot about the person you are. So.. How do you smell?
